AERUS SYSTEMS OPENS FIRST OFFICE IN MINNEAPOLIS
Startup Company to offer unique remote-IT solution

Minneapolis, October 31, 2005 - Aerus Systems is proud to announce the grand opening of its first office, located in the Minneapolis suburb of Minnetonka. The company, which is fully operational this week, is a networking solutions provider that will focus on virtual-networking and utility-computing applications for small and medium-size businesses.

Aerus Systems' flagship technology, which will officially launch early next week, includes a suite of networking tools to provide anywhere/anytime access to enterprise-wide data and applications via a standard Internet connection. Called Virtual Network 9 T , the server-based software solution will be backed and supported by Denver-based CCD/Vynamics, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.

"The Twin Cities area is one of the most progressive and fastest growing technology centers in the country," says Stanley Barton, CEO of Aerus Systems. "We see huge market potential for our networking products in this region, and we are excited to offer area businesses a new and unique IT solution."

Virtual Network 9 T will provide a highly-secure, cost-effective form of IT that previously only enterprise-level companies could afford. Administered by a remote staff of IT professionals, companies no longer need to worry about the common problems associated with running an IT department. Clients pay a small monthly user fee of $99, which covers the hosting of the full Microsoft Suite package and eliminates future upgrade costs.

"Aerus' Virtual Network 9 T remote-networking service allows for access to your company's files, applications, programs and data from a virtual desktop that is accessible from any Internet-connected device on the planet," says Barton. "We like to call the service 'IT-over-IP T .'"

Aerus Systems will officially launch its Virtual Network 9 T product early next week with a forthcoming press release. The product will be immediately available.

Says Barton: "The advantage of Virtual Network 9 T to customers is that all of their IT responsibilities - from daily data backup, to security, to network stability - are transparent and handled remotely."
